Melika is 1ovmany's Chief of Staff and is responsible for supporting the CEOs and company enablers to ensure we are focused on our strategic goals and priorities.

Agile Coach and chaos Merchant who works closely with teams and takes a people-centric approach. She is also studying for a Psychology Master's and working her way through an impressive collection of books.
Tom Whiteley

Tom is an 'Entrepreneur in Residence' and has been instrumental in shaping our Value Streams. He's Co-founded a Brewery and a Dog Biscuit company and can often be found with a Huel, advocating for continuous improvement.
Robin Hyman

Robin is a seasoned Agile Coach, Consultant and L&D lead with great taste in shirts. He is also the Co-Founder of Ramsgate Music Hall and even has his own Slack Mojio at 1ovmany.

A Transformation and change agent, James is comfortable supporting Multi-Nationals and Start-Ups from the Board to the Office Floor. An ICF Certified Business Coach and a Chelsea fan, but we don't hold that against him.

Ollie has a long track record in IT and Transformation. A skilled BA and Product Owner he brings all that knowledge to his Agile Coaching playbook. Experienced in Finance and Retail, we are not sure it rubbed off on his clothes sense.

Hayley is at the heart of everything we are trying to achieve in our Physical space and ensures all Veeps are looked after, fed and watered. Internally known as 'Queen Hayley'.
